I have been working with the Osho Zen Tarot for about a month now with excellent results. The Osho Zen Tarot is a nontraditional deck. There are the standard 79 cards and the Major Arcana roughly follows the traditional, i.e. in place of the High Priestess there is the card Inner Voice.

However, there are some major differences. For example in place of The Moon there is Past Lives. The Minor Arcana are divided into 4 suits with Fire for Wands, Water for Cups, Clouds for Swords, and Rainbows for Disks or Pentacles. The court cards are King, Queen, Knight, and Page, but in the Osho Zen Tarot deck they represent principles rather than people; for example, the Queen of Water is the principle of Receptivity.

The other Minor Arcana bear little relationship to the traditional, for example the 9 of Fire is Exhaustion.

I would recommend this deck to anyone interested in the study of Zen or even to those who have been studying Zen for some time. It is beautifully illustrated and Osho's Zen is good Zen.
