Things that inexplicably delight....

A new mop head! Yup...see - it's the simple things in life. I hate mopping but I like clean floors. So....a new mop head that works better than the old one.

A newly painted white ceiling, cleaning when massively annoyed and learning new things.

Oh, and being at peace and content with where I am at the moment.

I hate mopping, so I get my dad to do it.

I'll get the Ouija board out...."Say Dad....when you were in the Navy did they teach you how to mop decks? This is easier - it's only my kitchen floor...."

To which he'd probably reply with something none to polite about your kitchen floor. Oh, it's times like these I wish magic was real and we could spell the mop to do it for us. Mindful of Mickey's dilemma of course.

Today, a day ruled over by the 10 of disks comes the conclusion to my money spell, most timely of course. But the thing that delighted me the most is I left the candles to burn themselves out in completion of the spell and when I turned to look at something else I noticed that the green candle had over run onto the white candle. :D I'm going to take that as a sign my wish will come true.
