It has been AAAAAGES since I was here. The usual combo of things -dropped the computer, took a while to buy a new one, yada yada. But I see things have been ticking along great looking at all the interesting threads!
So, the latest for me is I'm soon to move home. Ive been in my current house for about 3 years, and 1.5 of those Ive had a Visitor Cat. I dont feed him (unless I'm cooking) even though he's very skinny and asks very loudly. But we do play lots, and he sleeps on my sofa most mornings and evenings - some times all night if its raining. And he hangs out with me all day weekends.
I know he's chipped - I took him to the vet ready to adopt him officially but he has 'legal owners'. And my new rental doesnt take pets.
Soo, given he's thin, and scruffy, and looking to hang out and play at my house all the time, I'm worried he wont have the attention and care I give him when Ive gone and he'll be quite neglected and sad. He must get food at his legal home - although judging by the regular half rats and mice I find on the garden he's getting 'takeaway' quite often too.
Ive tried projecting the message to him that I love him lots, and I'm going away, but not to leave him behind but because I cant take him with me. But he shows no signs of 'getting it'. I'm so worried about him

Can anyone here do animal communicating? I'd feel so much better knowing he a) understand and b) will be ok...
Thanks ever so
