with the nirvana quartz, i was sent a free gift, a very clear small (1cm cube) chunk of petalite (within which i see a sad face inside),
and the nirvana quartz rolls over to the petalite's side whenever they're moved.
i'm just not really sure what's happening here.
have i got a very sad piece of petalite that needs healing?
i don't feel like i can separate them.
any ideas, kelle? anyone?

I've got a chunk of Malachite than manages to climb off a shelf and back to the amethyst bed that lives on my desk....very persistant stone that.

I truly do not know.....I first noticed because I put the malachite down on one side of my desk when the amethyst was sitting right under my monitor about a foot away. Next morning it's sitting by the amethyst. I blamed the cats, worked with it, put it dwn a foot away....next morning guess where it was....this wek on for a week with me becoming progressively more amused. In the end I thought "They will not take it off the shelf then" and tucked it away...next morning....guess where? Tried it three days running and then gave up....the malachite likes the amethyst....

There's a photo of it somewhere on this forum....

interesting! because i studied crystal healing at in the tao field, just a few months ago, this makes me wonder..
thinking about their elements, if malachite is of wood (green) and metal, and amethyst is of fire,
the wood might want to get away from the metal and be with the warmth of the amethyst.

its all very technical sounding probably but it makes sense to me,
more sense than the petalite having a sad face because it needs to be with the rest of its body.. although to be honest, the petalite doesn't look as sad anymore, its face is changing, since i've kept the two together. i wonder if the sender knew about this, or was he being guided by them??

good morning...

ah, the infamous wandering malachite :-) i love that story. always makes me smile.

the nirvana and petalite is a brilliant combination by the way. thank you for sharing that because i was ready to move on to working with it combination with another stone and i just adore petalite.

i think you have a good handle on this now, seeker. if you are to work with stones intense, many will come your way to be healed. it is simply part of stewardship <3 enjoy. it is very fulfilling work.

and reminds me i have a quartz i should check on. it was almost opaque when i received it. it grew more and more clear through the years and i haven't seen it in awhile. this happens when you have as many rocks as i do *laughs*

Probably shining like a diamond in your care....I really do think you just thought up a new topic for yourself....

Please explain stewardship.
