| Hey Everyone
Im suffering from a lot of psychological problems right now and I believe they are due to supressed emotions. I can feel everything like a big ball of comound in my chest. I am on some medication as I was going through a rough time (still am but doing better)
I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light or know what angel or what i can do to release these emotions? Ive done everything from writing them out to crying and nothing is shifting, its causing me to be extremely depressed and frustrated!
x

| | Hi :-) I read your email and decided to have a look around the web. Believe it or not I found a link to the shop here on this site: http://www.angelpaths.com/angelpathsshop/pc-120-11-ruby-zoisite.aspx Have a look, i am not sure if you are into stones, I have some and they do help. Just holding one in my hand makes me feel better and re-assured. Take Care Carly |

| | Hi Robyn, I have suffered from major supressed emotions. I unfortunately still do but not quite to the extent as before, I bottle everything up, and sometimes it never gets an outlet. One thing that helped me was Reiki. I went for four sessions and at the end felt a huge unblocking in my chest. The anxiety, fear and worry is not as bad as it was before Reiki. Take Care Carly x |

| | If it is specifically an angelic solution you're looking for then the Archangel Gabriel is the one...be thoughtful though....he has a habit of picking you up by the heels and shaking till all the change falls out of your pockets ;-) Loadsa love
There are thing you notice in this life and things you don't. When you notice and acknowledge the important things in life you enrich it. When you notice and acknowledge the unimportant things in this life it proves you pay attention. When you do neither what are you???? |

| | I mean that if you invite him in he will tackle everything ;-) He's a very thorough being. Once he's invited to start he won't stop till he's done. If you're going to explore this, then first you ned to learn to develop strong protections and a good clean living space...more info here... http://www.angelpaths.com/aura.html and here http://www.angelpaths.com/lbr.htm Loadsa love

| Hi Carly
Do you sing at all? Because I found when I joined a full four-part choir is a new way of helping express emotions. Singing with your full heart (and I'm no great voice, but have plenty of volume and enjoy it) can be a great way to get the stress out of your system. Well that worked for me.
Writing can be good too but the alchemy of turning sh*t to gold can be hard and demanding work - and it can take years to materialise
that's just my point of view - hope it is useful.
------------------------------------------------------------- It's that classic dilemma between the head and the heart... |

| | I've found meditation and prayer to be very helpful for me. Some quiet music, scented white candles, a quiet room and I can sit or lay quietly (usually on the floor) and just let things roll around in my head without direction. It helps me to sort things out as the solutions usually present themselves. I've also been known to meditate in the car on the way to work -- I'm attentive to traffic but I talk to God (or the Goddess or whatever your deity is) and let him guide my thoughts. I find lots of solace there in that quiet place. Blessed be -- K'Wyn |
