| | Good grief, Paula, how devastating for you all! It must be hard enough for you to put this all into some kind of sensible context never mind for your poor kids. They are likely to take it personally no matter what - and who could blame them - but the fact is that you're still there, loving them and looking after them and you always will be, right? Perhaps you could help them see that the way their dad behaves doesn't reflect on them - because they can't control him or the choices he makes, otherwise he'd still be with you - and that even though he's behaving this way now, things may change in the future. Wishing you lots of strength and courage in dealing with this. Kriss |

| I couldn't believe what your ex said to you about you and the kids, it must be absolutley devastating! Did you not have any inckling about him having an affair,or does it all add up now? I just want you to know that my thoughts are with you, nd you may feel that tablets are a good way out but they are not, you have your children there for you and i cannot undertstand your pain, but please seek help from doctor if you are feeling that way......be strong and the thoughts from angel paths and helaing will be invaluable x x x x x. | | I wouls like to say a huge thank you for all your support , my daughter has gone to spend a week with her best friend so hopefull she will come back a lot happier, I miss her like mad but I felt is was the best thing for her I have decided so take the correct dosage of medication this is not the right time for me to cut down on them The time will come for me to be able to do it Once again many thanks for all your kind and supportive words

| | That sounds like absolutely the right choice. However frustrating it is to be taking medication when you don't want to, the side effects of coming off anti-ds are not something you need to be coping with on top of everything else. Hope you have a peaceful week and that you have the time to begin to come to terms with this new situation. Kriss |

| | Hello. Jeez, how much can a polar bear, eh? But well done for getting through it all this far. It bodes well. Has anyone suggested an alternative anti-d, perhaps st john's wort? I know it doesn't work for everybody and of course, research it, but maybe it will help. Do you have a therpay option too? Someone to talk to, let it all out with, or an advisor? Fingers crossed for you and lots of strong clear vibes xxx

| | Than you all for the support you have given me these past few weeks I don't know where I would be without all your help bella This forum is where I get my support and I know I wouldn't get anywhere near as much any where else I have tries st johns wort before but it does nothing for me , I have just started getting crystals and I have to say it feels like they help Thank you all for your support Paula
