Hello everyone

I was wondering if there is any spare healing going begging as I could do with some

Im trying to cut down on my painkillers as well as cutting down on my antidepressant

Probally not the best time in my life to do it but I have started now

So if anyone has some spare healing they could send my way it will be gratefully received

Many thanks

Paula

Good luck Paula!

On thing I've heard about cutting down or giving up antidepressants is that it can make you feel exhausted. So if you feel you need lots of extra rest, that might be why.

Oh...good luck....are you sure it's good to do both at the same time?

Oh feel free to ramble whenever you want to.  I must admit I did rather expect that your doctor might say that about the anti-depressants.  Will you promise me you'll be very vigilant of yourself while trying to stay away from them?   If you find yourself dropping in mood the doctor might turn out to be right.  But on the other hand of course, if you come off them at a time like this we all know what was causing your depression don't we?   LOL!

Either way, remember - you come first in all this.   So if you find the need for a bit of a chemical boost getting stronger then use them for a little while longer....and if you don't well...there's another bridge you have already crossed, eh?  Truly though, I do think you're right to try to control your pain.  There's nothing quite like chronic pain to pull your mood down.

Still working.

Hi Paula

Please try not to be too hard on yourself, I know that there are times in my life where I have shied away from tablets etc as I felt some how stronger by not taking them, but sometimes it is a strength in itself to admit that you need support.

Good luck anyway - sending loving thoughts
