What happens after you decide to order a reading from us: you will receive an automated acknowledgement from the shop to thank you for your transaction. Fairly soon after that, you will receive an email from Jan asking for the materials she needs to complete your reading. If you do not receive this query within 24 hours (weekdays - weekends may take a little longer) please use the contact query form on the website to let us know. Please note: If Jan has any difficulty contacting you, she will put a note onto your order. you can view this by going to your home page and viewing your orders - notes will show at the bottom of the page.
At the time she requests this information she will give you an idea of how long her current queue for readings is. When your reading is finished, Jan will first send you an email telling you it's on its way, then you will receive the reading itself as a Word.doc attachment in a second email. There is only ever one attachment in that email. If you do not receive the second email, or have difficulty opening it, contact Jan and she will forward your reading in a different fashion.
