In its purest form the Mandala spread assesses one's spiritual path. It can be adapted to address specific issues, and questions, or an open reading with no overall question can be posed. This spread reveals the strengths, weaknesses and desires which lead one toward a growth in spirituality, indicating pitfalls and positive points in a way that it is possible for the querent to put together a much more clear view of their own progress.
Before you start please consider if there is an area that you would like to concentrate on, or a specific question and tell me. The Mandala Spread works perfectly well if you open yourself up to the Universe to speak with you, so feel free not to include a question or area if you would rather just see what happens.
Shuffle (thinking about the area/question if there is one) and draw nine cards (or select nine numbers between 1 and 78). Make sure that you tell us what you were thinking about (if applicable) when you shuffled.
